Sustainability implies well-being and on-goingness. Being sustainable, your thoughts, words, and deeds are aligned to support you and your environment. When we are stressed this is not so easy and effortless for us. Stress reflects our fear, our vibration diminishes and we get to feel stuck. We find ourselves moving away from the vibration of love. You have a choice between love and fear. (Remember, Love is Letting Go of Fear, Dr Gerald Jampolsky). You do have the skills to shift your frequency via your Radical Self Care skills.
Slow down.
Breathe.
Feel into your body; it is talking to you all the time. Are you listening?
What is your body requesting? Specifically, what is your heart requesting? Could you be open to fulfilling that request soon, even today?
Ask for help when you need help. Sustainability is a community event.

Celebration is essential to sustainability and Radical Self Care. When we celebrate, we acknowledge and acknowledgement grounds us; we feel appreciated. What is your favorite way to acknowledge yourself? How do you celebrate yourself? Did you know…? When you acknowledge yourself your adrenal glands (piggybacked on your kidneys) relax and expand so they function better for you. In fear, your adrenal glands contract and therefore can not support you as well.
